But, it is not too late!  As long as you are under contract on the home you buy before the end of April and close before the end of June you WILL qualify for the first time and existing homebuyer tax credits.

It is important to act fast and make sure you get your inspection and appraisal issues ironed out before the end of April.  If your deal happens to fall through, you will miss out on the tax credit!
